"Living in gratitude; the essence of spiritual abundance"
Part 3

To receive, be blessed or simply know the life and all that is offered via abundance, we must first understand how to live in gratitude.

As explained in part 2, living in gratitude is not just a conscious choice we make, not just a state of perpetual energy. It is both of these along with many more. Each human or all humans are equal in their access to this/these choices until it is no longer an active choice but rather ingrained within our energy, core and being. It becomes a vital and consistent part of now only WHO we are HOW we are as well.

Also in part 2 we gave specific examples in the differences between shown gratitude for "something" or being grateful for what is or perhaps what is not or was not. Living in gratitude is not just a choice as easy as picking or choosing an outfit for the day, or deciding on which piece of real estate to purchase. While all of these are choices and can offer great rewards or significant consequences they are more often made from a cognitive approach rather than spiritual. And yes many of us rely (and always should) on our gut feeling or intuition before making major decisions; whether job-career changes, relocating etc. Again this fall more under the category of conscious choices that will often change or become changed as our roles change, our visions and quests for the future.

Living in gratitude is a melting pot of embracing some of our highest spiritual energies and melding these as mentioned within all other aspects.

For those that may be unfamiliar or unsure if they have accomplished living in gratitude, there are fairly simple methods for discovery. And most if not all are built around embracing the positive view and when that seems out of reach, learning grace or acceptance. So a person living in gratitude lives within reality and doesn't attempt to "invent" rainbow of colors when the real picture is black and white. They do however generally look for the possibilities that exist beyond the moment, and carry around their hope and faith as one might always carry an ID card. And in a sense our ID card or better yet our birth certificate indicates exactly who we are and where we are from (or at least born). From a spiritual view, living in gratitude also shows our true spiritual identity, and all that is unchanging without the potential for shifts and alterations. The spiritual changes are always that which only increase our awareness of gratitude and/or that which brings us closer to self, collective and Divine. Once we fully live in that total state of gratitude it takes a monumental occurrence to drive us down or dislodge that higher vibration or level.

Gratitude in the spiritual core/energy or being is that which is slow to judge and quick to forgive. It allows an understanding of the err or human ways, including and especially our own. It is not living with blinders on, but choosing to embrace self and the collective for all the many positive attributes rather than allowing those that may be negative or result in a negative consequence is what defines again, our self and world view.

Living in spiritual gratitude always, always pours over and into all aspects of our life from relationships to career. It doesn't keep us from being intelligent, focused, driven or goal oriented. These are all human traits and while we are spiritual beings we ARE humans and our human life and the physical world is our current platform. It simply alters or changes how our success and failures become viewed and offers us the empowerment of self-identity along with grace (accepting what is without always knowing why) and illuminating that light that shines within us all.

Living in gratitude, is a lifestyle of spiritual choosing that allows and even encourages us to see, feel and embrace that whatever we have at this moment and in every moment, we have something worth holding onto; and this is true even on our very darkest days. We are grateful not perhaps for what just occurred, again that is what fairytales are made for, not real life. But our gratitude comes from the realization of knowing that there is and always will be something profound, amazing and magnificent left-no matter the current challenges or troubles.

Spiritual gratitude is knowing there IS a tomorrow and even if our "tomorrow" is not going to be on the physical plane, there awaits another realm that offers even more than what we have been graced with in this life.
When we begin to live or our intentions are in attempts to live in gratitude, for some there are very minor shifts, for others there are major shifts from the energy or state of being we are moving away from.

For many the best place is to begin by following or adhering closer to your own personal beliefs whether religious, spiritual or a combination of these.

Also it is usually helpful to reflect back on our life, looking at success and challenges, mistakes and what ended up to be positive choices with a positive outcome. If we look closely at each, the rewards, benefits or the positive and then those issues or circumstances which were more challenging we should be able to identify patterns that had a prominent affect on our mood, self, life and in dealing or coping with whatever we currently experienced.

For those that were able to see beyond the moment (hope and faith) and accept that surely there was a reason or something would make sense later or eventually, so we may as well move forward and onward (state of grace). And lastly in those moments of joy, perhaps a child is born, a promotion finally given or we finally afford our own home, we take these feelings of enrichment, success and accomplishment and relish these moments, keeping those feelings that surround us active during all times. For the harder challenges, we can still use the same steps, we remind ourselves that all things (external) in life are temporary and our faith, hope and grace keep us moving. Our intentions to now allow situations or others to define us or enter into our core of gratitude provide us with constant and unrelenting support and the energy of always finding our way.

Living in gratitude then becomes familiar, every human has experienced this; but as we grow to be intentional with such energy we raise that energy to be our highest or deepest pouch from which we pull all that is needed to not just exist, but to live, create, dream, vision and ultimately we being to manifest all that we are or can be.

Living in gratitude changes everything, it is the only true path to abundance and we must embrace spiritual abundance before we can embrace or attain abundance in all other areas. And it really is not complicated.

Again it is relying on our empowerment, self-identity and of course always our Divine. Accepting that things will occur, externally that are not always just or fair, but when we live in gratitude, we automatically embrace and become grace. Thus we carry on in spirit of that we don't understand in this moment. And then faith and hope; no matter what is now, the next moment, minute, hour or day can and often does change everything. Hope and faith remind us of this constantly and teach us to live towards our potential, when also allows us to see other humans for their potential.

Next, when it all comes together, the difference a life makes by changing our spiritual energies. ~
