"Dealing with death"
A spiritual guide to grieving and releasing; those left behind versus those whose journey moves above or beyond the physical life.
Part 6-conclusion
Life after death and the potential and/or possibilities of a continued journey via spiritual existence.
Now that we have looked closely at those "left behind" and attempted to share insight and guidance into the process, transitions and challenges of recovery and healing, how we find our way back to our life. It is time to investigate and perhaps help with that process by sharing insight into the "afterlife".
For those that are extremists in the sense their belief system does not include even the possibility for anything beyond the physical and literal this won't be read. In fact it’s unlikely such a person would even be visiting a "psychic" site; either by seeking spiritual guidance or reading any material that focuses on spirituality or even the existence of a spirit or soul. Therefore we assume those interested in this topic or subject at the very least are open to the potential that there is more than just our physical form both in life and after physical death.
I have been a conduit or a "medium" for many years and it is my belief that I have received the gift or the ability to communicate via my guides with spiritual energies. Although this gift was something I did not originally understand and was perhaps not even aware of; in the last 20 or so years it has been proven to me and to those clients that have sought my services (as well of course as those of other mediums or psychics) that our spirit lives on and remains intact after we leave this earth.
There are various terms and both spirituality and religion play significant roles or influences in how we may interpret the spiritual realm or universe, but I know beyond any doubt that our spirit/soul continues long after our physical death and that it is often possible to communicate with those that have crossed over.
Although it would take an entire book to try to explain what has taken me over a decade to understand; there are some insights that seem important to share and are channeled as usual through my guides.
In the spiritual realm, whether you term it the afterlife, Heaven or regardless of the name used, it all resonates to the same level of energy and being. Once we depart our physical body, we are freed from all that weighed us down, all worries, stress, pain and any conflict or confusion. When refer to humans finding or being in their "state of grace" in the spiritual realm, all become that total and universal "state of grace". It is as if all the mysteries, the questions all that was not fully understood or made sense are put together, a bit like finishing a jigsaw puzzle. We are reunited with all those that left before, even family members from long past generations that those that have passed never actually met in the physical world or dimension.
I have NEVER been shown any negative realm such as Hell or Purgatory although I do believe such exists, it feels from what my guides teach and show that very few spiritual beings are taken or led to a dark place. In contrast I am always shown beauty, light, peace, calm and for each spiritual being it becomes their unique vision of paradise. So it can be as varied in the afterlife as it is on or within the world, from deserts to tropical islands.
Our loved ones also remain around us and often watch over us. They are continuing on their journey and although they may mourn or feel sadness for our loss or missing their presence, they were ready and accept death as actually a gift and a blessing. And the way emotions are felt are different also, while they can feel sad for being gone, it's not the same feeling as what humans experience as again they are in a constant state of grace and are able to understand the importance of continuing their journey.
I have also been taught and shown that when our grief is such that we refuse to live or cannot even begin to heal, it affects those that have crossed and it can hold their spiritual energy and being from moving forward as it attaches that energy to us in an unhealthy way. So it is always an honor and always their wish and desires that we are able to move on eventually and be happy, even finding love again if the loss was that of a partner or spouse.
Our spiritual core understands and accepts that physical death is only one small step in the path or journey we are on, however it is our human self that struggles with loss, grief and that death equates to harm or loss to those that have crossed; which is never the truth. It is a release and a new beginning, a chance to pursue many various and different new paths and opportunities.
For some spiritual beings, they are in a learning experience that is in spirit, so much like attending school except in a paradise type of setting. Others may have assigned jobs or duties, such as being the guides' for other humans or working with those that have recently crossed over. And many are preparing to return to earth to reincarnate and begin a physical life again with more lessons to learn. For most of us we live many lives before we remain in the spiritual universe without ever returning to earth in human form again.
There are as many "jobs" in Heaven or in the afterlife as there exist here on earth. Just as we all have certain or specific skills, gifts or desires towards careers or career paths, the same is true in the spirit world. As mentioned, some work with children, some help to reunite families, others work as mediators in a sense, helping others to look over their most recent life and absorb what was learned and what still may be lacking. The goal feels to be that we all live human lives’ until we have come as close to total love, compassion and understanding as it possible for a human to be, then it would seem we may stay or remain in spirit. It feels we have input but the decisions are ultimately made for our greater good and by that which we see to be the Divine, God, Creator or Source.
It is important to know that death is not an end, we the ones that are "left behind" are those that suffer. Our loved ones, friends, or those that leave this physical world do so without hesitation, fear and embrace the beauty and the inner sanctuary that waits.
Always know they are in peace, not suffering, not lost and have been fully and totally restored in all ways possible. All of those crossed can hear us and while communication can sometimes be difficult, they are aware when we cry, show happiness and talk to them whether that is within our heart or aloud.
The spiritual realm regardless of the name is place of such beauty and grace that in truth life is the hard part, and I hope that for those that are struggling that you can find peace in these words.
That you can have that hope and faith not just for yourself and future but in the belief that your loved one is not miserable nor suffering but has simply moved along in this journey that is unlimited and ever present~~
