We don’t share your private information with others on our site. You use a nickname in chat so your real name stays confidential. Payments go through trusted processors (e.g. PayPal)—Starz Psychics doesn’t store your card details.
Purchase minutes anytime after you create an account. If you run out mid-chat, you’ll have a short window to add minutes and return before the session ends. Billing uses whole minutes (seconds are rounded for simplicity).
The timer starts when your advisor sends the first message. It runs until you’re out of minutes or you click End session. Ending the session when you’re finished helps you avoid using minutes you didn’t intend to.
After a session ends, a copy is available to download from your account whenever you like. Only you can access your transcript.
