Here, from shoprite.com, is a simple recipe for a smoothie that is both pleasing and low calorie.

Fruit & Baby Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup frozen pitted sweet cherries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup packed baby kale
2 Tbs maple syrup
2 Tbs oat flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground ginger


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, scraping down sides of blender once or twice.

Makes about 4 cups.
