Dark Night of the Soul

As with light there is darkness as well. The light helps us to interpret things so we can walk with the assured-ness of this world.
The darkness begins to change our conscious mind. It makes us look at the data we are receiving and not understand what it is we are receiving. It confuses us when there is no need for it to do that.
When the darkness starts to take effect and begins to shift to show us what we need to see, it may seem overwhelming at first but these shifts need to take place to be able to get back into the light again. It may be aggressive in showing us what we need to see but it is needed for that!
If it seems like you are feeling scared, lost, confused, stuck, or overwhelmed. You have to REMEMBER that this all is not for nothing. You will have that shift needed in order to see your much needed light again.
