Mercury goes into Cancer on the 30th. First of all, Mercury moves into Cancer on the 30th. This will require a little different approach to your communications and dealings with others when you communicate. When Mercury was in Gemini, all we needed was the facts - as many as you could give, and just add, add and and some more to that pile. Very much in the head, but not much in the heart. Mercury in Cancer requires, well at least for the next three weeks, will require a little more heart action, coming from the emotions, and saying something that will affect your feelings/their feelings as well. We really cannot miss this part of the conversation here - the feelings from the heart, and soul, will be necessary to be understood and felt. Instead of rapid-fire delivery of the facts and figures, we’ll have to be a little more deliberate, choosing the words that evoke the feelings felt at the time.

Mars goes direct on 6/29, at 3:39pm PDT. Well, we can all (almost) heave a collective sigh of relief on this one. For the past eight weeks, we’ve had to deal with intense emotions, anger, and aggressive urges, that perhaps we really shouldn’t release into the universe. The hardest thing about this Mars retrograde has been the “zipping of the lip” when it comes to telling people we’re really pissed off. The idea here is to go deeper into yourself and figure out just WHAT you’ve been angry about - and usually its a lot deeper than your immediate issues - so that you could sit back and analyze your feelings. And perhaps choose NOT to deliver the communication, because it likely had to do with something earlier/similar in your life. If so, that would be the best thing. Remember whatever we’re angry about is usually pointing one finger at someone, and three back at YOU. Thats the important point; whatever has made you upset, you WILL live through, and gain a much more mature perspective on it. And learn from the lessons, to boot!
