I am doing something a bit different today than usual, I am doing a living mineral. Coral offers us calmness, relaxation and shielding from unwanted thoughts and much more. It comes in a good variety of colors, each having its own attributes in addition to the basics. I personally have a great respect for it, I have a tattoo that contains it, that is how much it means to myself. Being that coral is associated with water, it involves the emotions, but, its element is earth, so it is very grounding as well. Its deities are Isis, Venus and The Great Mother, if that tells you anything. This mineral is also known for its wisdom, as well as being associated with the Akasha. It has always played a part in magical rites, even religious ones as well, mainly in the Pacific Islands. It has been said to contain and give the “life essence” of the Mother Goddess, it is also believed to be a very powerful amulet. To let you know there is a very big difference between walking along and coming across a piece that is gifted to you and then just plain harvesting, the latter I would not touch. Again, it purifies our thoughts and helps to control our own feelings. Coral assists us by opening our intuition, imagination and broadening our visualization skills. It helps us use our 6th sense or psychic abilities. Coral is also known to help with our communication skills with past Spiritual Masters whom have been in this world themselves. Coral includes the 3 kingdoms, mineral, vegetable and animal. By wearing it, it helps to give us energy, hope and vitality. It may also assist with fear, nervousness, depression and panic. Coral is also said to attract love, also worn to attract the mate that you seek, this is done in many countries. Again, there are many different colors, each having its own additional attributes, this is one that I believe to be well worth the journey of learning about. 😊
