If you are feeling right now that something isn't quite right with you body, this shows you NEED to slow down. If others are telling you that is all in your head tell them NO you know your body and this isn't right. YOU are allowed to relax and take time for yourself.
We all know our bodies and if something feels off then it wouldn't hurt to go get checked over by your doctor. This is our bodies way of telling us the time is perfect for you to seek that look over from your doctor!
