Do you feel you have been lacking with connecting to your inner self? Your spirit is reaching out to you to have you connect with it again.
You may feel this yourself that it is time to reconnect again. Have you been getting a nagging feeling like you are forgetting something or that you are side tracked? These are little signs that your spirit wants to reconnect with you so you can work together to get what all you deserve in life.
To reconnect go for a walk and commune with nature, go for a swim and practice your breathing while in the water and let what comes through to you come naturally. Also listen to your music as well as that will help you connect.
