Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is connected to air, love, and self-acceptance. It's name is Anahata and means "un-stuck."
The colors associated with it are green and pink and it is situated in the center of the chest. This card has appeared to ask you to look at all the relationships in your life,including the relationship you have with yourself.
Only by loving yourself and unconditionally accept your own truth, can you show genuine love to others. Get to know and communicate with you inner self. Be kind and gentle with yourself. Understand where your insecurities come from. Learn to accept yourself for who you truly are and do the same for others. Don't judge or criticize them. Put yourself in their shoes to understand their situation.
We are all different and yet not so different. By showing empathy for others, you will find common ground with them. You do not have to agree with everything everyone says, simply allow them their point of view.
By allowing love and understanding to be the basis of all dealings you have with people, you will find that others will be more tolerant and understand of who you are and you will be able to build loving,lasting relationships.
This chakra is TELLING you to take a long deep look into ALL of your relationships around you. This means family, lovers, friendships and work relationships and YOU as well. This chakra is giving you the chance to re-examine yourself and all your relationships to find a better and stronger loving you.
Once we are kinder and nicer and more open to ourselves and see how we truly feel about ourselves only then will we be able to show genuine true feelings to others.
