I am happy to say now I can write about things from my personal experience not from looking it up on the internet. Those are just words to many but when you hear from someone real you can then understand it so much better.

I am getting the nudge today to write on the topic of Empath or being Empathetic, which I am.
It was not until quite a few years ago that I even knew what this was. Oh yes, I was feeling something but I thought oh,here we go, another cold coming on.
As I entered into the spiritual realm I learned, "No Natalie its not a cold" !!!
What happens is you can be beside someone and you feel what they are feeling. A good example is when you are in a store with alot of people and you look over to one in particular and you know instantly what is going on with them. Are they sad, are they lonely, are they broke or hurt? It's a sense from within you. You can physically feel all of it. It does not go away until you move from that person and if in a store, walk down another aisle.
Imagine if you are near someone and they feel this overwhelming anger. Oh that's not good for sure, so what I do is I go over to them and say something like, "Can I help you find something?". Or I will say as I pass them, "Have a great day!:)
So next time when you are near someone and you feel something going on emotionally, physically and even spritually try to do what I do. This is the only way to ease what you are going through. Its not the same for others who are empathic. You have to find your own way on how to deal with these senses.
I will also write periodically on my other gifts such as remote viewing when those in need...well...just need Natalie.
Remember! You must believe in things you cannot see. I am living proof.
