On the mundane side, Hurricane Matthew chased her and her family out of town for several days. She had some flood water come visit her but she's back and getting things back together and can say she's a survivor!

Her cat, a Maine Coon, is very happy she's back home after the storm and has been "talking" to her almost non-stop about his storm adventures. He's still a rascal but very glad to have her companionship as she works away at her computer to keep the Starz Family going.
