Larimar is a form of Pectolite, meaning it carries most of the same attributes but not all of them. Larimar vibrates to the Master number 55, Pectolite vibrates to number 6. I chose Larimar as it is more recently discovered, it is known as an ethereal stone and is called a Spiritual stone that opens us to new dimensions and is said to aid in the evolution of earth. It is also known to be a stone of Atlantis. Larimar works with the throat chakra, heart as well, which means anyone having difficulty with expressions or having a tough time with speeches, you will find this a helpful tool. And this one is a biggy for so many people I have met or spoken with, this stone will assist in finding and recognizing your Soul Mate. Not only does it help with communication between soul mates, but actually gives us a push when it come to honesty and being open in general. It also teaches us to “listen” instead of just “hearing” which is very important in relationships of all kinds. Larimar also opens your creativity in all areas, and is a calming, soothing stone. With the calming and tranquility it brings stabilized emotions to your life. It raises our consciousness as well as giving new vibrations to our souls and all levels. It removes boundries that we place on ourselves, especially spiritually. Some people say that it is a rare stone, others say it is easy to obtain, I say if you are seeking this stone definitely go to a crystal shop. I know in this day and age that so many people look to the internet, but I say with any stone, please look for a shop and go in person, especially because crystals and stones vibrations will call or pull you to them. You may be going for just one stone, but there may be one of the group that gets your attention, there also may be a different stone all together that calls to you. There are a lot of attributes to this stone and one that is well worth your time to learn of. Larimar brings clarity and constructive thinking to us, I think that alone is a good reason to have it.
