This card represents the angel Tabris (angel of self-determination). This card is about mental, spiritual, and emotional freedom. When you are able to freely express yourself without fear or shame, you empower others to do the same.
Tabris wants you to be free in everything. He doesn't want you to feel bound by anything, he wants you to be FREE! Everyone wants that in life, to feel free! When you feel you just HAVE to say or do something he wants you to feel FREE enough to do that. He wants you to empower yourself and possibly share this others. He wants us all to express ourselves FREELY without ridicule from others.
