Silence Your Thoughts
The angel represented here is Charoum (Angel of Silence)
Our minds are constantly full of chatter and wasteful thinking, which keeps us in a state of stress. Worrying about the past or the future prevents us from experiencing the present moment. It is important for us to quite our mind, to dispel all unnecessary and negative thoughts.
This angel Charoum will teach us how to calm our mind and soak in the silence so we can find our center and our balance again. The more often we practice doing this the more we will be more open to doing this as a daily practice. Charoum will enable us to find new perspectives and we won't judge like we had before once we find this balance.
