Dearest One. Be compassionate towards yourself. Surrender the self criticism and fear that has you believing that you need to improve in order to be worth. You are perfect just as you are. The only thing that needs to change is your negative perceptions. You will come to realize the jewel you are when you love and honour yourself, as you are.
The Guardian angel here wants you to think of what you do for yourself. They see that you DON'T do much for yourself and they want you to start be compassionate to yourself and doing things for yourself. Know that you are WORTH something. Know that you DESERVE things. Stop being hard on yourself and thinking you don't deserve anything that you have. Others may try to put you down or even try to make you think that you aren't worth it but you truly are. REMEMBER to HONOR yourself FIRST AND FOREMOST! Don't let others tell you how to feel or think!
