Express how you feel clearly, lovingly and honestly without fear or judgment. Say it exactly like it is. All will be resolved when you express to others how you truly feel. Trust in the power of life to guide you, and heal all concerned. Self-expression is liberating and healing.
Maybe you feel sometimes you shouldn't speak how you truly feel about things. Once we express ourselves we may truly feel like a great weight was lifted off of us. Some people may not think of you speaking your mind as you are a shy, quite, mousy person, but you need to tell people exactly how you feel about situations and things. If you don't it will be worse for you to hold it in. When you tell someone exactly how you feel, do it in a LOVING way. Don't be harsh about it. There is a way to let people know exactly how you feel without being rude or unkind about it. When you do this, you will be on the path to healing and you will feel very, very liberated!!
