Proud
"Be proud of who you are, where you have been, and where you are going."

Do you feel proud of yourself? If the answer is NO, then WHY? You deserve to feel like you have done things in this world to be proud of. Did you bear children? If you did then that is a MAJOR accomplishment and if you didn't are you a stepparent? As that IS ALSO a very great thing to be proud of! If you think about it I am sure there are many things that you will see you did that will make you feel proud and accomplished.
If you dig deep down and see all that you have done to be proud of you will see that you have so much more ahead of you to be proud of and that you can accomplish. Think of the future and what you can accomplish to be proud of there as well. Just KNOW that you deserve to be proud of who you and and it nothing to be ashamed of or prideful of!
