You don't give yourself enough credit for the strength that you DO HAVE. When you feel the least to do anything for anyone this is when you dig deep down and find that courage and strength to go on and help those in need, leaving yourself drained in the process.
Don't forget to make time for yourself as this is very important for YOU so you can continue to help others along the way. Stay who you are and remain focused on what it is you want to achieve when you help people. Stand tall and don't let anyone walk all over you and this will make you SHINE to others and bring others to you so you can continue to help!
