"Try to keep a positive energy by surrounding yourself with positive people."
I know it may be hard to find positive people to be around but they are out there. When you surround yourself with these people you will feel more at ease with yourself and less stressed.
I know the negativity can outweigh the positivity but you have to try to reach deep down and find that positivity within yourself. Once you do this and start surrounding yourself with positive people you will start to feel so much better because the negativity will not be taking space in you any longer!
