Joy is the expression of the heart at its highest vibration. The ability to stop and experience the beauty and perfection of life, without focus on outcomes, to be able to celebrate the beauty and grace of God. This is what we experience when we all joy into our hearts.
Joy is the freedom of the heart, the inner child, the wild self, the true self.
