Emotions are good to have. They help us in good times and bad. When we are feeling happy as a clam and we are on top of the world that is the BEST emotion. When we are feeling DOWN and out and feel like blah nothing is worth it, this is the WORST we can feel. All emotions are needed though in this life and will help us through all these times!
If you are feeling overwhelmed and not exactly sure what to do try to find a balance for yourself and you will be able to hash out the mixed feelings/emotions you are having. Make sure to reconnect with yourself.
