Grief is a natural emotion during certain death cycles that involve loss or the experience of something dear to you having come to an end. Often through grief, we honor what is lost and our feelings concerning that loss. If you are experiencing grief at this time, it is important that you honor, respect and express this natural part of the human cycle.
You must remember through, that the grief you feel is for yourself. If you have lost a loved one, they have moved to the next stage of their cycle. They are where they are meant to be. If a stage in your life has completed itself, this too has been necessary in order for you to move forward within your life and grow.
New opportunity is present for you now and while it doesn't replace where you have been, it is essential for your growth to begin this new phase. Therefore, while it is important that you feel and express what you are feeling at this time, you must always remember the bigger picture.
You must not allow yourself to become stuck on the wheel of grief. Acceptance is the next part of this cycle - to reach a place where you honor your sadness but also understand the bigger picture and becoming willing to move forward into the next phase of life.
**I know grief can be a very difficult thing to deal with. Even though it makes us think of the person we lost or the thing/place that we considered special, it makes us prepare for the acceptance stage of the grief cycle.
**You may feel like the grief is not a good thing and to long lasting, but this is actually part of the process and a good thing and it will help us to LIVE again.
**Just know that your loved one that you lost is in a MUCH better place then this earthly plane. They are on the golden roads of the heavens! Know they are still around you watching out for you and will be there until you are called home to be with them.
**Just remember also the feelings that you are going through is needed right now for you to follow your new path and to be able to see the big picture of why things happened.
**You are allowed to grieve BUT don't become stuck in that cycle. You need to be able to move onto acceptance. You will only be harming yourself if you stay in that state as this won't be able to help you see and get to the bigger picture.
