Every aspect of light has all colors of the rainbow spectrum in it. Only once it touches the world around us does it get absorbed and reflected.
Color plays a huge part of our lives. It plays a part in our clothes, our artistic views, homes, and work. It also helps us with the vibrational information we receive.
Colors also dictate our mood sometimes. If it is red we are angry, blue we are calm, and yellow we are mellow. Colors can help us do healing for ourselves.
Colors also has an impact on our health and energy senses. Sunlight is the perfect balance of color for our health and well being. Don't forget that we need that dark color of black for nighttime in order to rejuvenate our bodies from our hormones. It helps to set our bodies right.
