Take time out for yourself!
Don't fault yourself for wanting to take time for yourself. Everyone needs that time to just sit and veg for awhile.
No one would fault you for taking a breather and some time for yourself. We all need this once in awhile to be able to keep OURSELVES in check.
So don't feel guilty if you want to leave the husbands and kids behind just for a few hours YOU are entitled to that personal time!
