Affirmation: I no longer allow stress to control my life. I see stress as a journey that guides me to a higher understanding of myself. I allow myself to take time out to sit and re-center when I feel stress affecting me. I am now stress-free and at peace.

Your angel wants to re-center your soul and put peace back into your life. When you have so much stress in your life you can't work with your spiritual self. It is to mixed up in your mind that you can't concentrate and let you spiritual guidance come in and help you. Then this won't help you or anyone YOU try to help.
When you have this period of stress look at it as a time of learning and understanding for yourself. Your angel wants you to look at the situation of the stress and see what it is trying to teach you. When stress starts to overwhelm you is the BEST time to look toward your angel of stress to guide you!
