Your angel wants you to reconnect with her today. You may have been to busy with work, family, and friends and she understands this, but she wants you to come back and meditate and call upon her. She wants to help calm you for how busy your life has been.
You have to sit still and quite your mind. If your thoughts are racing to much, just sit there and calm yourself and take deep breathes so you can start to relax. Imagine your angel there with you. She is there to make sure that you reconnect with her so she can help you with what is bothering you consciously and unconsciously.
