The Southern Hemisphere is headed into Fall and shorter days. The countries that observe Daylight Saving will be setting their clocks BACK one hour soon. As you can see, some countries have already changed in February and March (one even in January!) but most change today.
The following is a list of those countries and the dates they change the clocks for 2016 along with the change in 2017.
