For half the country that may have anxiety or despair over the election, Trump does have some strong positives in his natal chart like Saturn in the 11th house. This indicates that in some practical way he wants to improve the lives of humanity. He also has some strong Libra placements which does make him a good negotiator as we know from his past career, but could also help him become more of a diplomat. It's his poor Mercury placement that causes him to say such outrageous things.
