"The existence of pure evil"
Part 3/conclusion
When it comes to the belief and/or support or even proof of such believe that evil or pure evil does indeed exist, not all humans share such theories.
In psychology where we often find many explanations and definitions for a variety of influences or human traits not of the highest or greater good, there exists several rationales. Although there are many that work in therapy and counseling which are spiritual by nature; understanding and at times acknowledging the possible spiritual influences or factors that exist within chaos, anxiety or similar energies. Those that many of us would easily refer to as pure "evil"; based on their actions and the affect or lack of connection to self, outcome of such actions, the Divine and the collective. For many in the psychology field these humans are considered to be "sociopaths"; a severe and incurable personality disorder that arises from a myriad of experiences and genetics. The old battle of nature versus nurture has been answered for most by the agreement that it requires a combination of the two.
In paraphrasing the definition of a sociopath (not intended to be all inclusive) they are diagnosed by specific criteria as follows. A pervasive pattern of seeking and receiving satisfaction in the deliberate suffering of others, humans and even animals. These traits and characteristics have been present since early childhood and appear to become more established with maturity and adulthood. They seem incapable of emotions such as compassion, sympathy, regret, shame, remorse or guilt. There is a sense of pleasure when others suffer, whether at the hands of the so called "sociopath" or by other means. For example while a large apartment building burns and rescue units work desperately to vacate each unit and save those trapped; most onlookers are quite emotional even if they are virtual strangers. The sociopath watches intently, moving closer for a better view and feeling a sense of excitement as the injured are brought out, some with horrific damage.
They almost always have above average intelligence and use this to their advantage. They use a variety of techniques from charm to psychological manipulation and even the pretense of pain to elicit sympathy all for the benefit of their own agenda and outcome. They are considered masterminded liars, with uncanny control of their body language and the tone and cadence of their speaking voice. In fact there are many that are able to pass a polygraph even after they have been convicted of crimes they readily admit to. Their affect (display of various emotions) is quite often out of synch with the actual events and expected reactions. The sociopath is considered the most dangerous of those suffering from psychological disorders AND those of criminal intent or actions. So a human can be guilty of heinous crimes, yet still not fall under the category of a true sociopath. The sociopath is extremely flexible and can shift their personality, mannerisms and traits to fit into almost any situation. They use their intelligence, charm and ability to read and assess a potential victim to manipulate, control and eventually follow through with the intended actions. There are a number of serial rapists and murderers that are indeed sociopaths.
In the study of psychology it was once believed that as with other disorders, various medications and behavior modification could at the very least control if not change a person to a point they were considered safe to be free in the world. But after failed attempts in every available concept and treatment program, the true sociopath is considered to be "incurable" and relatively unable to be changed or even reached at a level of any type of spiritual or human connection.
It is our belief that this is the face, the energy and the actions of pure evil. Regardless by what name it shall be called makes it no less real nor true. And not all come from dysfunctional families or generational carriers. My guides believe that we reach an understanding or are able to make sense of this existence of such pure evil only when we have crossed the physical plane into the spiritual realm.
For those that have committed or perhaps contemplated an act of sheer violence or for the sake of causing pain or harm to others, so as to enjoy their suffering; evil does not contemplate or weigh, evil simply does. And as mentioned, as humans we are created to make mistakes and to err in our judgment. And for some of us these mistakes whether fully intentional or unintentional, not every act of violence or lack of compassion denotes evil. As with so many things, those that fear such an outcome or possibility are almost assuredly not. For pure evil have no such questions, no such recriminations.
There are many possible reasons as to why evil exists. Whether spiritually in the form of an apparition or a paranormal experience or that of the human form. For many this ties into religious beliefs and is often seen as the "temptation" to be swayed from what is considered good and righteous. For others it may be a physiological disorder that has yet to be uncovered or discovered. And for others, it does not exist other than in our nightmares, imaginations and the icon of fear.
But for me, as my guides' share many visions; these are dark, foreboding and quite troubling. Pure evil is scattered among the living and the dead. (Physical death the spirit never dies) It can be a friend, a neighbor, a partner or the strange man standing on the corner just watching. The type that creates an almost electrical reaction and a feeling of intense fear; our fight versus flight often kicks in and with a sense of terrible foreboding we look for the fastest escape.
Evil is action, energy; a piercing gaze, a cryptic laugh and an admission of horrendous acts with no change in expression or tone; as if recounting their breakfast.
Evil exists in equal potential as that of angels, miracles and the wondrous power of Divine. We cannot always recognize pure evil just as we are not always aware of a spiritual intervention.
Our protection from pure evil comes from our awareness and conscious intention to call upon Creator, God or the higher power or source to block and shield us. The light that represents the eternal flame of the collective, the afterlife all that is good, pure and holy is our weapon, and it shall always be stronger and greater than any action or sword used by evil.
And as you walk alone at night, or perhaps hear an unexplained noise as you slumber; be quick to call upon your saviors, ask for protection by the Divine light of our universe. And if or perhaps when a feeling so profound and thick it almost chokes your breath when meeting someone new, or amidst a crowd, take heed and do not discourage your spiritual guardians as they warn you.
Evil is as evil does, and there are no limits to the possibilities and no standard or values on those that could be a target. Just as we are equal in our potential to receive the Divine whether a miracle or the power of the "almighty hand" we too are all equal as we move about our lives, and evil walks among us. ~
