"Reincarnation, past lives', familiars and pre-destined"
Part 3
Although the majority of humans do not have conscious recall of prior lives' and the details of such, we all carry every memory in our spiritual cache. And there are of course exceptions, those that have learned to access that cache and pick out details of prior lives' and those that have purposefully sought help to recollect prior events. And on occasion some of us just seem to have some innate ability to recognize details or identify emotions, fears, etc., to be associated with past lives' we have lived. Many of us have often heard of young children who recall vivid and incredible memories of prior lives' including their physical death with even detail that many can actually be verified.
There is always going to be some energy and influence in our current life that stems from prior reincarnations. Again, we may not necessarily know this is what we are sensing, feeling or experiencing but that makes it no less true. And just as our ability at recall can vary, so can the influence that past lives' have upon our current life, both in our path, purpose and how we navigate our journey. For some perhaps it has become a blessing, but for others it can be a misunderstood weight, or a burden, oppression that keeps us from fulfilling our current destiny and reaching our personal potential. There are many that believe each life is separate and one has absolutely no real effect or influence on the next. While we all should choose what feels right and resonates with our spiritual being and experiences, my guides do not teach reincarnation as being singular experiences.
If you can imagine as we discussed in part 2, we feel that each life becomes an ascension or better put, that is the ultimate goal to be achieved. So these continued lives are often layers, and as each one is successfully completed we move on to a more difficult or deeper, more spiritual physical life. As if we are peeling an onion, the outer covering and then into the center or core. If the goal is to reach a place of total and complete spiritual acceptance and compassion, then as stated it makes sense that we are often faced with a variety of dilemmas.
It is our belief system that even if an actual life or specifics seem vague or even lacking, there are clues that exist even in our conscious memories, again it can simply be a matter of learning to attribute things or understand those correctly. And in those situations where a prior life may have "failed" which only means that the intended outcome or lesson was blocked or become unable to be completed, these feelings appear to be stronger. It may very well be these are subtle reminders to help guide us towards our path or the original lesson, journey or potential. And while spiritually there really is no "wrong" nor is there (in our belief) punishment for whatever may have gone awry, there is a need for completion. And completion can only occur in the physical life, therefore most if not all humans have likely had to repeat certain lessons or contracts due to various prior life interruptions.
Where it can sometimes feel or seem a bit confusing is that Universal law teaches us that humans are meant to live in the present/now and not be overly stuck in the past or living just for the hope of the future. The now/present always comes first with just enough reminders of the past to keep us aware and enough hope to keep us moving forward. So while that remains true, then why would we have bits and pieces of past lives flaring up or right there at the edge of our conscience?
There may not be just one answer to that, and this can vary as much as those lives, the lessons and what awaits us in this current lifetime. There is much that depends on what we may need to know, if only a vague feeling or hazy recollection. It may be a reminder to keep merging, or it may be a reminder to not merge and end up losing our way-again. And for some it may just be a large part of our spiritual connection and our ability to connection with various parts of all of the various lives' lived.
No matter how strong the "collective" energies may be or the universal influences that are applicable to all spiritual beings and in some case all humans, there is and always will be some variations. Just as we are all a bit different when it comes to our current life's past and in how we understand, handle and deal with life itself, the same can be true of the vibrations or that cross over from prior lives'. And while it can often be of benefit, a warning if you will or a red flag letting us know that something is not right or must be avoided. It can also be a positive current that helps us to complete our journey by making our current life a success. And to define "success" in this context is to complete the agreed upon agenda, whether that is a new lesson or one that was not fully embraced or learned.
There are as noted, some issues that are cross over into this life that are to some degree simply random. This simply means that such memory or a feeling of fear or even yearning serves no real purpose in our current lifetime. There are those that also believe all that trickles down into our conscious must serve a spiritual purpose, and it is our choice in what or how we believe that to serve or not serve our highest self.
An example would be one who has without any experiences negative or positive a strong and powerful fear of boats, ships and being out on the open water. Again while this could possibly be a random fear, maybe from various learned threats; such as movies, books or just our own individuality. It could also just as easily be a fear that stems from a memory that was in some way traumatizing or tragic in a past life. Perhaps in another life we were not to board a vessel, and rather than listening to that inner voice or intuition, we did so with devastating consequences. So perhaps that fear actually is serving us by making sure that mistake cannot be made again. Even if we will not be tested in that way (in water or via water) adhering or the ability to just adhere to what feels so wrong helps us be more in touch with our spiritual connection to self. And if you have ever met someone with an unexplained or illogical fear of anything, whether water, snakes, caves or even clowns, you may recognize the difference between irrational or strong fear versus a total aversion that cannot and will not be altered.
While some of these fears that overlap may create some issues in our current life, they do serve our greater good and my guides do believe these stem from prior lives. So while the actual object may not be a threat in this life, ignoring our inner self or higher self certainly is always a threat in any or every life we live.
We also have the other side of a past life overlap. That is almost always related to some type of yearning, melancholy or a feeling of something lost that must be found or regained. This can often be a trigger in the same sense of energy as it helps to keep us aware as humans of all that we desire and/or are intended to achieve or become. There are times when such yearning may be literal, and therefore we follow it or never quite let go until we reach whatever seems lacking. There are some that learn or have some strong spiritual connection to another country, one far from home and where they have never lived or even visited. And there appears to be no family history to suggest we even have ties to such land. But there is a deep, biding feeling of needing or wanting to go and it can be so intense and strong we can feel as if we already know the lay out, the cobblestone streets or the language of the people.
And along with such longings and desires are those that find they have an affinity, bond or unexplained connection with another era. It is much more than the casual or fleeting thought that such era or time would have been appealing to their personality. It goes well beyond curiosity and can at times almost be so strong that we can feel as if we were "born" in the wrong time frame. This is always (or almost always) from a prior life. We remember just enough to be aware of the spiritual connection but perhaps not the tiny details of who we were, what we did, etc., but a feeling that never seems to let up.
This can be positive as it is possible we are meant to actually move into that direction. Of course we are not able to reverse time, but as far as places, or to an extent some different cultures, it may be important for us to explore those yearnings to see if more information comes forth and/or if perhaps it leads us to our current life path and lesson. It also in general teaches us to pay attention to that which we yearn for or feel a haunting desire to embrace, know or seek. This is in a sense the foundation of our spiritual existence and what drives us as human beings.
So ultimately while details may be sketchy and much may be based on just "feelings", these can actually be powerful tools that together with our full cache of memories help guide us.
Our current life does take precedence of any past life, but a past life or a combination of such can help us to follow our purpose and path closer and be less likely to veer from the intended outcome.
It also should be seen as an opportunity to explore, whether a fear or yearning; both have the energy to propel us and to assist, guide and help us with our current life. Almost like a bit of a study book if you will on the journey of life.
And those times it simply IS random, it will not be powerful enough to interfere, one way or the other.
