"Nothing Left To Lose" is a song about striking out on your own. It's about just going for it. And it might be a song for the Page of Wands. But having nothing and being resourceful is the core of the Page of Pentacles.
Being scrappy and sorting it out is Pentacles thing. Why? If you've ever visited a farm, you'll know why.
Things break a lot there. A LOT. And the instruction manuals are expensive. So the farmers will buy the parts manual and figure it out themselves.
Being simple isn't a bad thing. Far from it! It's a sign of character and resourcefulness to make do with what you have.
The Amish and Mennonites do this a lot, too. Growing up, I heard a story of some Amish boys visiting my cousin's irrigation lake to swim.
The diving board was old and during their use, it collapsed. It might not have been their fault, but they set out to fix it and make it right.
The boys replaced the board for my cousin with one they made from fresh wood. They didn't have to do that at all, but they did. Because they were raised to sort out their problems and take the blame.
Those boys embodied the Page of Pentacles to the letter. And they did it out of a sense of duty and what was right.
The Page of Pentacles is learning how to be dependable and devoted to who she is. Things don't make her. Money doesn't make her.
This is someone who works hard and plays harder. She cares a lot about her family and helping out.
The Page of Pentacles has been on the nothing side of "Nothing Left to Lose" a few times and bounced back! She can tell you that when your back's to the wall, it's mind over matter.

Right now, I'm also paying back my student loans. I started with $50,000 and have around $15,000 left to pay. Watching that number shrink every month is a GREAT feeling.
So what advice does the Page of Pentacles have for you? Be diligent in your devotion.
Be resourceful and look for deals! Tend the fields of your inner child.
How do you do that? By making time for play.
By practicing prosperity. By making time to "pay yourself" with things that "feed your soul".
By looking East, toward the sunrise. Toward your future.
Because the Page of Pentacles is facing East, she faces her future, not her past. She is only concerned with what tomorrow will bring. Not the mistakes of her past.
Be like her! Embrace new opportunities for change and growth!
Be ready and willing to grow! Be able to change with the seasons, or even against them. Change as you need to.
Small changes create big ones. And big changes change everything.
Embrace small changes. Love the little things.
