Assists: Divine union, Inner silence, Spiritual devotion

Instructions: Palm to palm join the hands together in front of the heart center, with all the fingers touching and pointing upward.
Focus: I bow with reverence to the divine heart within.
Practice: Bring your awareness to the divine heart that resides within you. Feel breath in your heart, sensation in your heart space. See a beautiful and sacred space within. See this place as an inner temple or shrine. See your inner temple lit by many small lights of love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness and generosity. Feel the lights of all these qualities glowing brightly. Ask your heart to speak its truth...and then place yourself in this place to receive the answer.
This energy card indicates that if you have been having an issue with prayer and what to pray about and having time for devotions, that reverence will help you to find that strength within to help you get back on track with this issue. It will help you to open your heart and your mind to prayer. It wants you to think of your body as an inner temple right now. It wants you to start with a small light first while you light the rest of your temple lights along the way. You don't have to jump head long first into this, little steps are the best way. God knows your heart and that you want to get back into his light. Just make sure to listen when your heart and God speaks to you and listen for the truth!
